The London Summer Penthouse

Designed as a seasonal home for a Saudi Arabian family, this London penthouse balances elegance with everyday practicality; comfortable for family life, polished enough for guests, and positioned with a future sale in mind.
Space was used thoughtfully throughout. The three daughters share a room centred around a double bunk with an integrated trundle, perfect for sleepovers without sacrificing floor space. The nannies' room follows the same logic, with a pull-out bed that keeps the space functional during the day. Both rooms are finished in a striped beige and off-white wallpaper, creating continuity across the private quarters, gender neutral as per our clients request.
The open-plan living area was built around a sofa the client already owned, with navy velvet, ochre chenille, and gold accents layering in warmth. The lounge space composes of two zones. One for hosting, one for the girls, so the family can entertain without compromise. A fine silk wallpaper runs through the living room and hallway, quietly tying the spaces together.
The master suite is a calm retreat, anchored by a white cherry blossoms wallpaper - a personal touch that gives the room both serenity and meaning.
